  • WHAT WOULD A CAVEMAN DO?

    In my opinion, we’ve got to consider the human body from a different perspective than we normally do. It’s all about protecting our bodies for a very long life. It’s not about overworking them. It’s not about wearing them out. It’s not about high impact exercise and forcing our bodies to do things they weren’t meant to do. I can’t say that I’ve stuck to this concept during my lifetime, but I’m just asking you to follow my line of thought.
